Virginia Abrasives began with a bold vision in the early 1970s, rooted in the rugged terrain of the Adirondack Mountains in New York. Originally established by a hard rock garnet mining company, we set out to produce the finest sandpaper in the world—crafted from premium hard-rock garnet abrasives.
