Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are normally processed in 0–1 business days, once payment has cleared. (We do not count weekends or holidays.)
- Orders received before 3: 00 PM Eastern Time (Mon–Fri) are typically shipped the same day.
- Orders received after 3: 00 PM ET, or on weekends, will be processed the next business day.
- During periods of high-volume or for other unforeseen reasons, this may take longer. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 0–5 business days by standard shipping methods to your location, based on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
- Orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday using reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Delivery time may vary due to destination, carrier, and item size.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are applied at checkout based on your location and chosen method of shipping.
- Orders of $199.00 and more in the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping. This amount is before any taxes and/or discounts applied.
- Some oversized or heavy products may require additional shipping charges. Any additional charges will be displayed at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
- We ship to all U.S. states.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or restricted territories.
- If you are placing an order to be shipped to a location other than a P.O. Box or APO/FPO, please make sure that you have entered a valid street address.
- Orders that do not include a valid street address will be delayed.
Order Tracking
- After your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking number and order details will be sent to you automatically.
- Tracking number can be used to follow your order in the system from the moment it leaves our warehouse till the final destination.
- You can track your order by clicking the direct link provided in the email or on the carrier’s website.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery, we do not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
- After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, they are responsible for safe delivery.
- For any delivery issues, delays or damages, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for support and claim processing.
