Need a thin, decorative cutting blade for up to 2 hours after finishing? This Soff-Cut option is engineered for the tightest joint widths without sacrificing structural integrity or surface finish. It’s specifically intended for use with Husqvarna’s leading Soff-Cut 2000, 2500 (10”) or Soff-Cut 4000, 4200 (12”) early-entry saws, but is also backwards compatible with traditional saws, so you have the flexibility to move between jobs with ease.

Key features:

Ultra-Early Entry Soff-Cut: Cut concrete joints during the Green Zone—between 0 and 2 hours after finishing—before internal stresses can cause random cracks. The Soff-Cut early entry system (patent pending) features a spring-loaded skid plate that rides the surface and an up-cutting rotation to minimize spalling and cracking.

Thin blade kerf: This .080” thin kerf diamond blade leaves a narrow joint profile for architectural scoring, decorative concrete, overlays, and polished concrete floors.

Replaceable skid plate: Unlike standard blades, the Soff-Cut uses a replaceable skid plate that keeps downward pressure on the surface, reducing edge chipping and leaving a smooth joint finish.

Blade break-in

To help you achieve optimal cutting results with this blade, remember to follow these break-in instructions:

Operate the saw at ½ the normal forward speed and continue at this reduced speed for 100 linear feet

This initial cutting process will open the diamond edge, keeping the blade cool and increasing both life and speed.
